Luke 11:33 –54 A clean heart and conscience is far more important than clean hands. What goes on in your heart and thoughts really matters. Your eyes are key  – they are the gate to the inner life. That is why what you look at matters so much. You let things into your inner life though your eyes. Your eyes also reflect what is going on in your heart. Press Through   A river cuts through rock not because of its power but because of its persistence. Seeking God requires discipline and patience – you have to learn to wait  on God. In the middle of the word  SIN is the letter 'I' .  We need to die to self. Jesus says, 'Those who would come after me must deny themselves' Luke 9:23  God may ask you to make different sacrifices in your life, but the only thing we are all required to give up is sin. Every day the challenge of love requires little acts of self-denial.  choose today to die to self (I).  Take up your cross daily and follow Jesus (v 23)   JESUS LOVES YOU!

God tells Moses to bring water out of the rock. Moses strikes the rock twice and water gushes out for everyone to drink (Numbers 20:1  – 11 ). 'Water came out abundantly' (v. 11, AMP). The apostle Paul also tells us how to interpret the water coming out of the rock. He says, 'They... drank the same spiritual drink; for they drank from the spiritual rock that accompanied them, and that rock was Christ' (1 Corinthians 10:3 –4). He is the one who quenches our thirst. Material things alone do not satisfy. God is so generous to us. Water did not come out in a trickle  – it came out  abundantly. Jesus came to give you abundant life (John 10:10, RSV). He promises to satisfy your spiritual thirst with 'rivers of living water' (John 7:37  38 ).  Lord, my rock, thank you that you satisfy my spiritual thirst. Genesis 22:6-8  NIV 6 Abraham took the wood for the burnt offering and placed it on his son Isaac, and he himself carried the fire and the knife. As the two of them went on together, 7 Isaac spoke up and said to his father Abraham, "Father?" "Yes, my son?" Abraham replied. "The fire and wood are here," Isaac said, "but where is the lamb for the burnt offering?" 8 Abraham answered, "God himself will provide the lamb for the burnt offering, my son." And the two of them went on together.

As I stand here holding this perfect rose every petal in place, I think of my God's infinite Mercy on my life. Each petal represents all the Good, Great, Successful day's I had. Then I bring the rose closer and what a sweet fragrance of Hope. As I carry on looking down the stem full with thorns discomfort form's and Blood runs down my hands. I think about the bad day's the battle's the struggles and the hard time's, My Lord God carried me through. I look back at the petals, each petal is falling to the ground and fading away. But I am still standing through it all, the Good and Bad. only by God's Grace can I stand up the next morning and see another perfect rose, petal's all in place, Yes Thorns to.
